Using the Gaia-Now modality.
| To
help you to get into a correct positive state of
consciousness, which is required to work with the
Gaia-Now energy modality, I have created and released
the Gaia-Now meditation.
This meditation is preprogrammed
so you don't have to work at it, all you need is
a bit of time when you can relax comfortably without
being disturbed.
To use the Gaia-Now meditation,
sit comfortably like you did to receive the Gaia-Now
energy attunement. When you are ready close your
eyes and think Gaia-Now meditation, that is it,
really simple. During your Gaia-Now meditation session,
your levels of consciousness will be gently brought
into focus, so over time they will become more meaningful
to you.
You will know when it is finished
or you might fall asleep, that is not a problem,
it happens to all of us, just try and do it as often
as you can. It will help you to connect on a conscious
level with your I AM higher self and the Gaia-Now
aspect of the oneness which is trying to help you

Using the Gaia-Now attunement you have
received to start to heal yourself and friends, is at
this stage of your journey a very simple thing to do.
You don't have to learn any complicated routines, rituals
or remember any symbols, you just need to learn to relax
and go with the flow, just follow these simple instructions
and accept this as our gift to you.
Let us say someone has a painful knee.
To help, place your hands a few inches/cm's either side
of the persons knee, think Gaia-Now and you will feel
the energy start to flow. You might experience heat, tingling
or pressure building between your hands. It is nothing
to worry about, it's just the energy flowing. You might
not be very sensitive to the energy to begin with so you
might not feel anything but the person you are using it
on probably will.
if you relax you might well sense that
your hands need to move closer or further away from the
knee, or your hands might be drawn to different locations
to allow the energy to flow more effectively.
Just go with the flow, you should feel
the flow of the energy slow down and stop. At this point
ask if you need to move to a new area, if so, you will
be guided to a new area, etc.
Just relax and go with the flow, there
is no right or wrong way to do it and you can't give someone
too much. There is no set timing for healing, it takes
as long as it takes, just be patient and let it happen.
When you have finished, please remember
to disconnect yourself energetically from the healee,
just state your intention to disconnect and wash your
hands, that is it finished.
Again there is really nothing complicated
about this, all that is required is a reordering of the
way you think. Normally we perceive distance as something
we have to work towards or move to achieve.
This is not true when we work within
the energy oneness.
To heal someone who is not physically
present you connect to the person through the energy.
Start by connecting to the oneness (think Gaia-Now). Once
you feel the conscious connection and the energy flowing,
state your intention to connect to (the name of the person)
at (their address/location if known) and wait for a sense
of the connection.
Once you feel the connection ask permission
of the person's higher self to give them healing. If you
receive a NO then simply do not give healing at this time
as you will be wasting your time and effort, just try
again later if you are still convinced that it is right
to give them healing.
If you receive a positive response then
proceed the same as you would if they are there in front
of you, they are actually there in the energy so go ahead
and perform your healing.
Please remember to disconnect yourself
energetically from the healee, just state your intention
to disconnect and wash your hands, that is it you are
now finished.
Self healing with the Gaia-Now energy
modality can be achieved very simply during your Gaia-Now
meditation, when you trigger it, just ask for healing
or whatever else you need to receive during the meditation.
You can also self scan and treat yourself
if the above method seems to simple for you :-)
Although
the simplified way of healing outlined above will in some
measure get you started, there is for anyone who is contemplating
becoming a prospective energy healer, a lot more to learn.

Like most things, there is a natural progression
in the learning of the Gaia-Now modality.
For anyone who is looking into the possibilities
of becoming an energy healer and even more so if they
are contemplating becoming a Gaia-Now energy healing and
personal development practitioner; then it is vital for
any prospective healer to learn to comprehend both the
nature of the energy they are working with, as well as
how it flows within and around us.
Through the building of this understanding
and comprehension, a prospective healer will over time
learn to effectively manipulate people's energy matrix.
This will enable them to reform the balance that is required
for healing to manifest. If any prospective healer can't
achieve this goal, then they will be effectively attempting
to work blind and the results of their healing endeavours

to a Gaia-Now energy healing and personal development
diploma, we have the Practitioner course where we lead
prospective healers through the different aspects of Gaia-Now
energy healing and personal development in a series of
modules.
In the practitioner modules prospective
healers will be required to become self empowered, using
their existing Gaia-Now awareness as well as their own
true creative potentiality. They will learn not only how
to consciously manipulate the energy in people's energy
matrix, but they will learn how transform the underlying
inner conflicts into positive life changing ones. Prospective
healers will learn how to enable people to become responsible
for their own existence and the things they chose to manifest
within them. They will also learn to function in a responsible
and conscious way as a professional Gaia-Now energy healing
and personal development practitioner.
At the end of the Practitioner course,
the prospective healers who have undergone all of the
tuition and performed the ongoing home work and personal
development, and who can demonstrate that they have the
conceptual understanding and can perform Gaia-Now energy
healing and personal development work to a high professional
standard, will be awarded their diploma. They will then
be entered into the directory and be able to set up their
own natural healing practice.
Finally, for those who feel called to
take onboard the responsibilities involved in becoming
a Gaia-Now tutor, we can teach them how to teach others.
In this way Gaia-Now can become more readily available
in other areas throughout the world.
