Time to start healing.

People have been requesting that I put up more information to help them to start to use the Gaia-Now modality, the information on this page should help you to get started.

I recognise that people visit this site from all over the world and would like to do something a little more constructive than just read my words. Now, although people who wish to learn all that the modality can offer them need to receive tuition from us (or someone who has already learned the modality from us and developed themselves to the point that they are competent to teach it to others), I have provided you with information that will enable you to start to use this modality on this page.

The energy healing aspect of the modality is the first step in learning to become a healer, so I have placed some uncomplicated information upon this page that when put together with the free attunement that is available on this and other sites, will enable you to both evaluate an aspect of the modality, so that you can assess if this modality is right for you, but it also allows others who can't get to us for more structured tuition to make use of the attunement that is available.

Once you have received your attunement and are ready to follow the instructions within this page, then it is a good idea to make use of the Gaia-Now meditation, as it helps you to develop.

The Gaia-Now meditation.

To help you to get into a correct positive and balanced state of consciousness, which is required to work with the Gaia-Now modality, I have created and released the Gaia-Now meditation.

This meditation is preprogrammed so you don't have to work at it, all you need is a bit of time when you can relax comfortably without being disturbed.

To use the Gaia-Now meditation, sit comfortably like you did to receive the Gaia-Now attunement. When you are ready close your eyes and think Gaia-Now meditation, that is it, really simple. During your Gaia-Now meditation session, your levels of consciousness will be gently brought into focus and balanced, so over time they will become more meaningful to you.

You will know when it is finished or you might fall asleep, that is not a problem, it happens to all of us, just try and do it as often as you can. It will help you to connect on a conscious level with all aspects of self. :-)

Now that you have completed your Gaia-Now meditation, it is time to switch into healer mode
and start to create a healing flow from within the fullness of yourself.

Creating a Gaia-Now Healing Flow

Healing is primarily a function of our aspects of consciousness, although if you choose to go on and learn to become a Gaia-Now transformational healing and personal development practitioner, who heals in a consciousness manner, then you will realise that it comes from within the fullness of self, but for now let us focus upon the job in hand which is to create a healing flow from within you.

A healing flow is not physical in nature, but since it is an integral aspect of self which also includes our physicality, it is relatively easy to sense the healing flow that is created from within our aspects of consciousness. So let us now get the healing flow started.

To do this place your hands a short distance apart in front of you with your palms facing each other, now just relax yourself and make sure that there is only sufficient tension within your arms and shoulders to hold you hands where you have placed them in a relaxed manner. If you can sense tension within your hands or arms just shake them out to help them to relax and then place them back in front of you slightly apart with you palms facing each other.

Exercise 1:

Now think 'Gaia-Now Healing' and remember to allow yourself to remain relaxed. Just maintain your focus between your hands and focus upon healing, do not try and force anything to happen. This is a non physical process so flexing your muscles will hinder the flow rather than help it, you just need to allow this to happen within you.

After a short space of time you should start to sense a build up of the healing flow between your hands (it might be very subtle to start with, but just acknowledge it and remain focused on healing).

Once you can sense the flow, just state your intention for it to increase by thinking 'Turn Up the Flow' and because you have stated your intention for this to happen, that is what is going to happen, then think 'Turn Down the Flow' and you will observe that it does so.

Now place one hand slightly in front of the other one and rotate your hands around each other slowly and you should sense a change in the healing flow; try moving your hands closer together and then further apart. Just experiment and enjoy the experience for a while until this becomes more familiar to you and you are sure that you can differentiate between your normal physical sensations and the healing flow. Then just state your intention for the healing flow to stop, yes you have guessed it, just think 'Stop' and it will stop. Now drop your hands or shake them out and go and do something else for a while as healing should be fun, so do not over do it. You will not tire by creating and maintain the healing flow, but you will possibly get tired of maintaining the focus which creates the flow (healing is a process of consciousness, it requires your thoughts to activate and maintain it), so well done on creating and maintaining a healing flow. just remember to keep relaxed and enjoy yourself.

If you did not feel anything when you went through that exercise, then don't worry about it. To actively engage with the aspect of self that we create the healing flow with requires us to be centred and focused, it is possible that you are not quite focused upon your hands and are being distracted by something else (did you do the Gaia-Now meditation before you started this? If not, then please do it now). So let us focus your consciousness upon your hands, just sharply clap your hands together and then rub them briskly against each other for a few seconds, then shake them out and repeat exercise 1 again, once you have successfully completed this one and had a break, then have a go at the next one.

Exercise 2:

Healing can take a while to create a change, so it can be very easy to lose our focus which should remain on the job in hand which is healing. This is one of the major stumbling blocks to most people who want to learn how to heal. If you want to heal, then you have to create and maintain the healing flow, so to help you to achieve this goal, we will combine a natural function of the body and the healing flow, so that becoming one with one of our natural bodily rhythms will help you to maintain the healing flow.

I would like you to place your hand in front of yourself in a relaxed manner like you did in exercise 1. Now think 'Gaia-Now Healing' and relax and acknowledge the healing flow which you have just instigated. Once it is firmly established, without taking your focus off the primary focus of healing, I would like you to become consciousness of your breathing. Just follow the breath in and out a few times until you start to become the rhythmic raise and fall of your chest. It is helpful if you are breathing a bit more deeply and slowly than you normally do for this, so just allow yourself to breath a little deeper and follow your breath in and out whilst focusing upon healing and maintaining an aspect of calmness.

Now, I would like you to imagine that as you breathe in and your lungs expand, that at the same time the whole of you is expanding with the healing flow that you are generating. Now as you start to breath out and the air exhales from your lungs, just imagine that the healing flow, which you have expanded yourself with, is simultaneously traveling down your arms and out of the palms of your hands, just maintain this focus for a few breaths and you will sense a shift in the healing flow.

Now place the palms of your hands gently and in a relaxed manner anywhere on your body and continue with this exercise and allow the healing flow which you have created and are maintaining to begin healing you. After a while you will get a sense of what is happening within your body, you can continue this for as long as you like, but do not over do it and do not allow yourself to get light headed, or you might fall over and require the services of a healer. ;-)

Try doing this hands on self healing with your eyes closed for a while (but do not fall asleep and fall off the chair), as that will help you to focus on what is happening a little better.

Now that you have learnt how to create a healing flow, it is time to learn how to apply it to promote healing.

Gaia-Now Healing

Exercise 1:

You will require someone to work with for this one. Just get the person who would like to receive some healing from you to lie down on a settee or something that you can work around them but remain comfortable when knelt down or sitting besides them. Your comfort is important, for if you are not comfortable then you will inadvertently create tension and that tension will detract your focus from healing them into your discomfort and you will not be effective in your endeavours.

Ok. So now that you are set and ready to start, just once more place you hands in front of you over the body of the person you are going to heal but not touching them, with your palms facing each other and think 'Gaia-Now Healing' to get the healing flow started and wait until you sense the buildup of the healing flow between your hands.

Now turn your hands over to face towards the person you are going to heal a short distance off their body and relax your hands and arms. Just enquire of yourself if there is a particular area that requires assistance, if you get a nudge to move your hands to an area, then go with it and you will feel a change in the flow as you approach the area, if not then just gently move your hands a short distance off the body up and down it within the matrix of consciousness or energy body until you sense a change within the healing flow.

It can take a little while for your intuition to become more self evident, or it would be more accurate to say it might take you a while to acknowledge your intuition which has always been there trying to help you. But if you persevere then it will happen, in the mean time ask for feedback from the person receiving the healing and let them guide you as to where the pain or discomfort is and how it is changing or moving from one place to the next.

Just do as much as you feel comfortable with and what you can remain relaxed and focused upon in one session, you can always have another go later on, just remember to enjoy yourself, healing is fun.

Exercise 2:

Use the second exercise with the breathing technique for a hands on healing session. Just place your hands gently on the body in the vicinity or either side of the area that is indicated or the person mentions as requiring healing, get the breath and the visualisation synchronised and remain as relaxed as you can and be open to things changing under your hands as you apply the healing flow into the body.

If the person receiving the healing flow from you comments that it is a little intense or uncomfortable for them, then remember that you can turn it up or down as you want to. You are in control of the healing flow, it will go where your thoughts direct it, but with the hands on breathing technique, try and keep your focus on the body that is below your hands. Do not be alarmed if you feel the body move or adjust under your hands, this is quite a normal occurrence as the body attempts to re- balance itself.

You should at some point feel the healing flow that you are giving slow down and stop. At this point just enquire from your self if you need to move to a new area, if so, you will be guided to a new area, etc. Just relax and go with the flow, there is no right or wrong way to do it and you can't give someone too much healing. There is no set timing for healing, it takes as long as it takes, just be patient and let it happen.

As your thoughts are controlling the healing flow, you will alter the flow if you think of healing, balancing, cleansing and clearing, just be aware of what any words mean that come into your consciousness whilst healing as they will alter the healing flow to match your intention. Just keep calm and focused and within a short space of time, the healing which you are doing will start to become more meaningful to you.

When you have finished, please remember to disconnect yourself consciously from the healee,
just state your intention to disconnect and wash your hands, that is it finished.

Please note: It is a natural function of this modality for unresolved issues to be brought into the consciousness of the people who use and receive it. This is usually done in a gentle way that allows the person to become aware of the underlying inner conflict, once the person acknowledges them then just encourage them to relax within the Now and continue to receive the healing from you. If it becomes more intense for them, then simply state your intention for whatever it is to settle back down and it will (there is little to be gained from inadvertently triggering something in someone if we do not know how to heal it, it is easier to put it back to bed).

A Gaia-Now practitioner is trained in how to resolve this type of thing, but for you at this stage of your healing journey, the Gaia-Now modality can help them achieve their goal of resolving things within them as long as they are open to changes happening within and around them, you might find that it is beneficial to offer them a Gaia-Now attunement as well as the healing if things start to come up. :)

Now that you have learned to apply your healing flow with a person in front of you, it is time to learn to do the same thing for someone who is not with you.

Remote Healing

Again there is really nothing complicated about this, all that is required is a reordering of the way you think. Normally in our physical activities we perceive distance as something we have to work towards or move to achieve.

This is not true when we work within the oneness of consciousness.

To heal someone who is not physically present with you, you connect to the person through your higher consciousness, within the oneness where all is one.

Start by connecting to the oneness of consciousness just think 'Gaia-Now Healing'. Once you feel the conscious connection, state your intention to connect to (the name of the person) at (their address/location if known) and wait for a sense of the connection (you will know when you have connected).

Once you feel the connection ask permission of the person's higher self to give them healing. If you receive a NO or feel a rejection, then simply do not give healing at this time as you will be wasting your time and effort, just try again later if you are still convinced that it is right to give them healing.

If you receive a positive response then proceed the same as you would if they are there in front of you, they are actually there in the oneness so go ahead and perform your healing, the only difference is that you have to rely on your own intuition as they are not there to ask how they are getting on with the healing.

Please remember to disconnect yourself consciously from the healee, just state your intention to disconnect and wash your hands, that is it you are now finished.

So, what about you, do you not think that it would be helpful to give yourself some healing?

Self Healing

Self healing with the Gaia-Now modality can be achieved very simply during your Gaia-Now meditation, once you have activated the meditation, just think 'Gaia-Now Healing' and place your hands gently upon yourself and away you go. You can use the off body method by creating a pair of healing flow hands and scan yourself with them and heal yourself just using your consciousness.

If you have managed to do all that is on this page and have a reasonable sense of what is happening, then congratulations, very well done, you can now perform energy healing on yourself and others to the extent that most people learn to heal. You can now work either hands on, or hands off and remotely, please remember that practice makes perfect, so please practice as often as you can and over time you will become more at one with what you are doing and the people you are helping with this. :-)

Please note: We do not give out certificates for the people who have received the free attunement and followed the uncomplicated instructions that we have provided within the pages of this site. Yes, you will be able to do what a lot of healers have learnt to do, which is to create a healing flow and direct it where you want to go, but that is only the first step in a healing journey, it does not represent the full journey and does not merit a healing certificate from us.
